How It Works

Videoconferencing technology allows two or more people at different locations to see and hear each other at the same time. In addition, it's possible to share computer applications such as internet pages, library catalogs, documents, and software. This rich communications technology offers new possibilities for law offices, schools, colleges, and libraries. It can enhance professional activities such as depositions, meetings, interviews, and community events.

If you can use a Palm Pilot or TV remote, you can run our system. It's that easy.

  • The control panel allows you to remotely control all aspects of your videoconference, even while you are participating. No technicians are needed, so privacy is assured.
  • Your picture is taken using a video camera mounted near the large viewing screen. Up to 30 people can participate, so bring your entire team if you'd like.
  • Files from a computer can be shared, allowing you to show others PowerPoint presentations or other computer graphics.
  • You can show paper documents using a device similar to an overhead projector.
  • Your voice is transmitted by conveniently-placed microphones. The experience is like using a high quality speaker phone.
Give us a call and we'd be happy to give you an onsite tour and demonstration of this professional, high-quality system. You can reach us at: (802) 257-4309.
